The APC finance department is managed by a CPA with over 20 years of health care experience, including 10 years specifically in anesthesia. APC provides both standard and customized financial reporting packages as well as sophisticated financial analysis to support the management team in optimizing financial performance. The reporting package allows for benchmarking to MGMA data and the administration of a variety of physician compensation models.
We observe strict financial internal controls to protect data and receipts and to ensure the accuracy of the financial reports. The finance department works closely with the billing department to maximize the effectiveness of the various types of management reports.
